Alabama rot characteristically causes ulcerated sores, typically on the lower legs, paws, or face.

Pemphigus

Pemphigus causes characteristic pustules, erosions, and crusting as the immune system attacks connections between skin cells.

Acral Lick Dermatitis

The constant licking creates characteristic thickened, raised, often ulcerated lesions on the affected area.
